It appears on the product page, at checkout, and/or on the order confirmation of the relevant product, content or service sold on the Marketplace ("Goods/Goods") whether the Goods are sold by Studentböcker.se or by a student.

When you place an order on studentböcker.se, these general terms and conditions of purchase ("studentböcker's Terms and Conditions of Purchase") always apply to your purchase, regardless of who is party to the purchase agreement. In order to order Goods, you must accept the Terms and the Student Books Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"). By placing your order on the Marketplace, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Prices and fees

When ordering Goods on the Marketplace, the prices indicated at checkout apply. The prices listed on the Marketplace are updated in real time and are quoted in Swedish kronor, including VAT. If the price has been personalized to you, you will be informed about it during the order process. Any delivery costs are not included in the price and may be added, depending on the delivery option you choose at checkout and the total amount of your order. Delivery costs will be clearly presented during the ordering process and any payment method fees may also apply, depending on your choice of payment method.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing Goods on the Marketplace, the 14-day

right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase, by sending us a message, within 14 days of receiving the Goods. If your order from a Seller is delivered in batches, the 14-day period will start from the date you receive or collect the last item in the order. If your order includes purchases from multiple Sellers, the 14-day period for each Seller will start from the date you receive or collect the last Product in the order for that Seller.
